We’re having technical difficulties with our portal! To submit your details, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Primary Contact Name: Name of the primary contact or lead presenter. Additional group presenter details can be provided in a subsequent section.
- Primary Contact Email: Primary contact email address.
- Title of Presentation: (Limit: 80 characters)
- Byline Information: (List all presenters who will be on stage or involved in this project. E.g., Dr. Jane Doe, PhD, University of XYZ)
- Bio (Introduce yourself to the audience. Limit: 1050 characters)
- Subtitle: (Limit: 55 characters)
- Opening Sentence: (Captures the essence of your presentation. Limit: 85 characters)
- Synopsis: (A brief summary of your presentation. Limit: 540 characters)
- Key Takeaways: Highlight the main points of your presentation or project. Provide up to three bullet points. Total character limit: 400 for all three combined)
- Headshot or Organization Logo: Please name your file FirstnameLastname or the name of your Organization.
- Graphics/Images (up to 4): These could be photos, charts, diagrams, or other relevant visual aids for your presentation. Please name your files FirstnameLastname_01, _02, _03, etc.
- Slide Deck: Please submit via Our Google Submission Form, email, a Dropbox or Google Drive link, or WeTransfer by Nov 8, 2023.
